Convoy speed charts etc?

I was watching an interception tutorial on Youtube and the player had a whole set of charts showing convoy speeds. Are these available?

I'm working out speed/distance/time via the nomograph. Am I right in assuming that all vessels, including your own Uboat travel at a set rate as per the nomograph. I realize that this can change due to weather etc, but say, 8 knots is still 8 knots whether that's a destroyer, tanker or submarine and this can all be deduced from the nomograph?

The map tools, the little window is SCROLLABLE (middle mouse I think when you are on it). You will find it further down.
