Battle of Iwo Jima in a modern version

Have just seen or re-seen an episode of Turning points in WWII

In this episode they looked into details of this famous battle.

While watching it...I was thinking

How would such a battle evolve if this would happen today, with our modern weapons and weapon system and new war doctrine

Have tried to look at the Falkland warm to see if the same would happen in a modern version of Battle of Iwo Jima.

Nothing but a weird thought
