Animated Water Detail option in SC?

Hi.

does anyone have this problem in Sub Command?

I start the game with the value TerrainAnimWater is 3, as seen below:

It's strange, I cannot edit the value in game from "off" in my AMD video card installation, while on a separate game installation (using an IntelHD video card laptop) that value can be changed. Can it be an AMD driver or AMD card related issue?

When I close the game and I open again the .ini file, the TerrainAnimWater is 0, it seems that the game overwrites this value.

In other words, I don't have the opportunity to enable Animated Water Detail in the 3D game options.
