GWX3.0 GOLD and SH3 CMDR32 compatability

Can someone please tell me if the GWX 3.0 (Grey Wolves Expansion) GOLD mod and SH 3 CMDR 32 are compatible or not? I've installed both and when I try
to launch SH 3 through SH3 CMDR, I can't get in although if I launch SH3
normally, the program will work and WITH some of the "tweaks" I've done through SH 3 CMDR (such as "no fatigue", etc.)! I'm running on a Windows 7
platform... can someone help me out?...

Yes, but you need to download the config file installer to make them compatible:
