[REL] Improved Montecuccoli class italian light cruiser (V3.0)

Hi everyone!

I'd like to share with you a new revised Montecuccoli cruiser, created in order to give her a better detail level, similar to successive Da Giussano class and future release Abruzzi\Garibaldi:

Also replace previous "huge windows" with more realistic portholes.
