Default Radio reports: nautical time or GMT?

Hi,
the radio reports about convoys you receive in the captain's log (in TWoS, or in a modlist with TDW NewUIs + OHII), are they in nautical time or GMT? It's been several times now that I missed a convoy, so maybe I'm always 1 hour late or in advance
I never change the standard GMT setting and recently I'm only about 50% successful when intercepting a ship or convoy, therefore my question, and of course my failures could have other reasons.

Also, in my modlist with TDW NewUIs 7_5_0 + OH2 the 'Radio Contact Range' which is the number you can change in the upper right icons on the NavMap doesnt' seem to take effect: I still receive contacts more than 800 km away when I set it to 250 or 500. Is it broken?

Thank you,
XS
