Who made the graphics for the attack disc?

I'm working on something and need to know who to credit.

Leaving it credited as Unknown for now.

I added the back of the attack disc as a tool in the latest Solution Solver update. Mostly for the games that dont have mods with it included (SH4, Wolfpack etc.). I also inverted the numbers on the outside disc so they weren't upside down.
