Accessing and modifying Alberich parameters

Can it be done? I have the S3D tool, but cant find any real reference to the Alberich coating. I am using GWX 3.0. Is there a .dat, .sim, or .cfg file that describes the settings like effectiveness, and frequencies? Thanks!
