Hi,

im looking for a working link to the Harpoon 3 Utilities xls which are in the manuell.

The old link for the manuell (http://mediawiki.advancedgaming.biz/...on_3_Utilities) is down, so if someone still has this file and can share it, it would be nice.

It has been a loooong time since I looked at that site. I vaguely remember looking at some utilities, but found them so useless that I did not even bother to save an archival copy.

Why do you think it is an *.xls file?

What are you hoping to accomplish? There may be other ways to achieve your goals, in the absence of those files.

I think its an xls because the screenshot in the docs look like excel.

And i try to understand how some of the ingame values are calculated e.g. radar values.

You might be looking for the "H3_Platform_Assistant.xls" There are a few different versions floating around. Each database editor/manager usually had one to help him maintain the values. Often, they were modified to accommodate the personal beliefs of the specific manager.

If you send me an e-mail address, I can try to find one or more and send them directly to you. They are not very big files.

Be forewarned, sometimes (often) the values in the game are not the same as those that might come from the spreadsheet. However, you should always feel free to modify the official databases for your own personal content.

If you decide to create your own database, you would be welcome to distribute it along with the PlayersDB. Other players have already done the same with their CasoDB and WinstonDB.
