Culling the Master Add-On RU Sub List

Can anyone here assist me in the culling of the popular add-on/download that allows all russian subs to be operated by the player.

I wish to do some editing and culling of certain aspects, including the problem with the skipping around the various possible contact IDs when attempting to identify. There's a bug in the sequencing I wish to hunt down and correct.
