Are there any tutorials that show how to use many charts, tables, and sheets that can be found under the TWOS mod?

Also any good tutorial that runs you through attack disk and its capabilities?

What I was wondering if there are some guides or what ever kind of material that could shed some light on different tools that are given to us under E menu? There is loads of them and as the saying goes:"Having, but not knowing how to use it, it is same as not having it at all"

I made this video a while back and hope you like it. It was for SH3 but works for 5.

There are others I made as well.
