Flag book dates

Hi - I have seen pics of a flag book with dates that nations were friendly/hostile/neutral. My book has no dates. 2 BIG French ships sailed by in BCW mission but I held off as I wasn't sure if they were fair game. Book didn't even have a French flag! I moused all over it trying to turn the page but the cursor was only the 4way "move the whole book" cursor. Any help?

Thats strange…...france and free france are on my flag chart.
There are indeed no dates annymore.
Only neutral countries.

Found the French flag! I was looking with my "man eyes". called the wife over and she said "right there at the top!" Then "don't you have wood to split before you play that stupid game?"
