Carrying a flag

Is it possible to carry the flag of the country that you're fighting fore in Silent Hunter IV? For example carrying the flag of the US in the deck of a Gato class sub, or the flag of the Deutsche Kriegsmarine on the deck of a Uboat..?

Should I use a mod or tweak something in the game files?

I think there are mods so you can do that.
