Hi all, I'm a newbie here and I've discovered after 5 downloads I'm not able to download anymore mods? What's the rules on downloads?

Welcome Aboard!

Your Download allotment is pretty much what it is, due to the tremendous number of downloads we get each day. It should be restocked tomorrow.

There are two ways to increase that number quickly, and both involve contributing to SubSim.
1. Post. A lot. Be a part of the community, and the site will reply in kind. There are lots of good reasons to post as well. Ask questions to learn about the various games, and about real-life submarines. And a lot of other things to talk about.

2. Donate. It doesn't take much, and every little bet helps.

Whichever you choose, or neither, we try to make SubSim as friendly a place as we possibly can.
