sh3 screen is small!

I had Norton antivirus... big mistake. I was using it temp while i updated my new computer. I tried playing SH3 and it kicked out my sh3.exe. so I placed it back in and now my screen is is like 1072 x 768 i think. I dont remember.

I used Anheerbse GUI which is 1920 x 1080. Now the screen is too small, i cant see all of the menu options.

I tried reinstalling the GUI, compatibility settings, and such.

please help!

Forgot to mention the game plays in a windowed mode!
