[TEC] is it possible to tweak the free camera?

Hey all. Whenever clicking on the free camera setting the screen always darkens substantially. Is it possible somehow to tweak this in the game settings? Ie is there a cfg I can edit so the screen does not darken and I have the same light settings as when I for instance click on external view or camera on next unit?

It would help a lot if I could somehow prevent the free cam from darkening so I can shoot better video.

From my experience with SH3, yes, tweaking the free camera is possible but will have consequences on your ego placement in the sub (maybe messing up the teleport feature) and - more importantly - will influence the visuals of the optics and their magnify factor.
You want to think twice before editing the camera files!

Now: SH5 is not SH3, things may be different and I don't know.

The only thing I would like to edit is to have the free camera from darkening the screen every time I click on it.
