DEFP.7z Pack

I have downloaded the DEFP zip file but when I try to extract it to a my chosen location...I wants a password....for each file in that packet. How do I remedy this....do i need to "report" in or.....i have been trying to play for going on two weeks and this jenga puzzle is starting to get frustrating....Please someone help lol....

Also, the two extra .cfg files I'm suppose to add to my GWX mod for Commander....where do they go....?
