Shells of Fury: Different Window Modes ?

Hi,
I'm highly enjoying this WWI sub sim, but when I set it to 1920x1080 resolution it appears stretched onscreen, the gauges are not circular etc.
On my monitor I press a button to set a 4:3 image output, that works fine, but I would like to set a free Window Mode for the game, if possible.

In-game you can set to '640x480 Window Mode' but nothing else. I have tried to edit the ScreenMode.txt file directly but to no avail.
Is there any way to get a freely sized Window mode of the game?
