I'm a pensioner, how can I get hands-on SH5

Hello All.

I have the SH 3-4-5, plus a few others.

My problem is I really enjoy, in particular, SH 4 and 5. A very good friend and well known Sub-Simmer, Kylania, a gentleman of all gentlemen, through teamviewer, sometime ago added the mods from here into SH5 too make it run as it should. I enjoyed it for a long time but unexpectedly
the computer crashed just recently and I've lost the mods to SH5. I have a hard copy plus a Steam copy, I use the Steam copy.

I am not computer savvy, I have the experience of an 8 year old. I can still play SH5 but without the mods. I have absolutely no idea how to add mods. My mate, Kylania, who I'm so indebted too, has a new job and is unable to find the time to assist. I really don't know where to go from here. Is there a mod that I can easily install that will clear some of the problems in SH5, and which I don't have to touch any folder or files.
