Since the length of the masts can't be adjusted (it's either at 0 or 100% raised), I want to raise them below 50 ft so I can poke just the tips above the surface to reduce the chance of radar detection.
I've found that in calm seas you can break the surface at 55 feet, but in rough seas you need to go a bit higher. Right now I have to get to 50, raise the masts, then quickly go down 4-5 feet. Recent patch notes stated that masts won't get damaged if you leave them raised while diving, so why can't we raise them below 50 ft? |
