And that is why you read the contract, all of it, even if you have to bring a magnifying glass to read that pesky small print. Otherwise you might end up cleaning up some "muck"!

Personally, I admit I just fly over T&Cs when it is game software. I quickly scan the paragraphs for supicious words and got an idea what the paragraph is about after one second or so. Precise reading that is not, but stuff like in the article I most likely would have realised.
