Diving back in
Hello to all. Seems I have been signed up with subsim since 2011 but have never posted. (Even forgot I was registered here) Use to own all the Silent Hunter series from the first though the fourth and Destroyer Command retail versions. As we all know tech changes and so they fell out of favor with me when all the issues came up with the anti theft device they had on them star something it was called. Have now just picked up copies of III and IV with U boats off of steam. Been playing IV hard right now and have started to mod. Played with some surface ship mods made things interesting and there are some good ones out there. But now I'm doing the realism stuff. Running RFB and as soon as my downloads reset I will be getting RSRD and the mod that enables fire to cause damage to ships. I'm really trying to adjust the game so flood, fire, and proper angling of the ship as compartments flood is modeled correctly. So if there are any other mods that the vets of this community knows about that will help in my goal and is compatible please tell me and thank you in advance.
