What I would do for one of these.

My question: why do they refer to it as the "first" luxury submarine? Over the years I have seen several builders of luxury subs and pictures of their machines. Are these all artists' renditions? Are none built?

Hmm... I think I answered my own question

But why does it need a "SAM vertical launch system" (at 2:07) ??

If there are civilian subs they all look like the tourist type with 50 viewing ports or these research style subs.

Hmm, some technical queries:

What does the cockpit do to headroom in the cabin? Looks like the `pilot's` legs are dangled over the owners head.

Where are the stairs to go UP to the cockpit? Not in the virtual interior.

Doesn't seem much room for fuel and ballast tanks in the `innovative design`. Wishful Thinking drive, perhaps?

If they build it we will come.

IF, being the operative word...

Too many of these flights of fancy being passed off as `in construction`.

Just because you've got a 3d design package and you watched `Stingray` and Thunderbird 4 torching metal away from a space rocket stuck under the sea doesn't make you a sub designer.

We tried that in shaft alley and all we got was demoted.
