FOTRSU has hospital ships as a separate national navy. However, we are not compatible with RSRDC. You'd have to transplant those ships and see what happens.

Grab the FotRSU Data / Roster / RedCross / Sea / folder with its contents of M35R.cfg, NPL_RC.cfg and NSHOS.cfg files for the three in that game. They are called as Type=102, Type=103 and Type=100 respectively. You'll also need to get their folders out of the Data / Sea / folder, the M35R, NPL_RC and NSHOS folders. Their entries in the Names.cfg in the Data / Roster folder are:
M35R=Red Cross Freighter NPL_RC=Hospital Ship NSHOS=Hospital Transport Of course, there is also an entry in the DefSide.cfg there also: [SideEntry 30] Country=RedCross Side=0 StartDate=19380101 EndDate=19451231 ...which you would have to change the [SideEntry xx] number to match what you have also, in addition to the ships' Type= calls, where ever they're used... I don't have my RSRDC close-by-handy, so I have no idea what was used there, but I think it's two of the three above, but maybe not...
