SILENT RUNNING

pushing key Z to go to silent running, but cant seem to secure fom silent running. whats needed to secure?

On the WotP keyboard commands chart, for the "Z" key it says "Toggle silent running mode", so it should turn it on with one press, turn it off with another... If nothing else, click on the Command Room tab and turn it off there on the lower right tab of that page.
