SH5 - d/l copy ok?

Coming back after leaving SH3 5 yrs ago -- TWoS makes SH5 look pretty good

Looks like a I can buy a d/l version from Amazon -- any forseeable issues with that? I assume I would still follow the installation instructions found elsewhere on SubSim as if I had a DVD/CD.
