I'm back user of sh4 and sh5

I have been away for some time. I have re-installed my games and would like to very much re-download the mods that I have enjoyed before. Unfortunately I cannot download any files from this site as they are blocked. I would appreciate any help on this matter.

Ability to download is tied to how many posts you make. This post of your should open it up for you to make a few downloads, but it can take up to 24 hours to kick in.
