Size adjustment?

Greetings,
Where do I go in the files to adjust the game to fit my new larger ASUS monitor? When I start the game, I cannot see everything because it's off screen due to the size.

its in the beginning game options menu screen

After you "Save" your changes, you'll have to re-start the game for them to take effect.
