Gtx 1070 low perfomance. Need help.

Hi, friends.
My previous gtx 670 gave constant 60fps.
Now, having Gtx 1070 I have 35-45.
How can I solve it?

Gtx 1070, I7-4770, 16gb

Is that an 8gb gpu you have?
I have a GeForce GTX770 4gb gpu.

I am running around 55-60fps with the TWOS mega mod.

Check your Graphic settings in the game options.
Try a Medium setting.
CTRL + F8 will show your fps in the game.

yes, gtx 1070 has 8gb gpu
I don't want to reduce graphic, because the game should rine fine on my comp.
