HELP I miss be able to play

For the last 5 months have been unable to play SH5 due to this problem

The Internet connection experienced a problem and the current game session saved. Please wait until the internet connection is restored or press OK button to return to the main menu.

My internet connection has been fine

any help would be much appreciated

simple hit esc key and continue your game

When installing I uninstall the default game launcher and replace it with this one.
