New commander here.
Tried Silent Hunter 3 a few years ago but never really played more than a couple of hours. Bought Silent Hunter 4 on Steam last night and I'm really enjoying it so far. Have a lot to learn but managed to complete the first mission in career mode...hunted and sunk 3 cargo ships. Now patrolling the Philipines and hunting combat vessels in my second mission.
