LA Class Attack Sub

How do I change the setting to the LA Attack sub mod? I looked at the mod and noted its all to do with the Data folder. But cant get it to run. I fancy using this sub in WW2 for a laugh.

I would use JSME to install it like any other mod. For the LA attack sub, you have to use the Walther turbine button to get it moving under atomic power or it just crawls at two knots.

Any nuke sub mod is like shooting your fish in a barrel. It's fun at first but gets dull fast.
