External view

I think somewhere there was a mod for good external view..much more fluid than stock.anyone know where it is? Looked at downloads.have not found it yet..thanks

Free Cam Tweak 1.1
This comes with 2 mod options Narrow and Regular
zoomableexternalcamera
Has 3 zoom modes by using the scroll wheel.
Default - 3x - 5x
