Help conflitcs

Hello I am using Olc gold with acm and U boat compilation its made by ahnerbe. If I install olc and acm first I cant move tdc dials, But i can raise flags antenna and other. If i install u boat compilation first i cant raise flags and antenna but i can move tdc dials Please help
