billkunert Swabbie Join Date: Mar 2015 Posts: 7 Downloads: 23 Uploads: 0	Reducing slow speed. I have raised the speed of all my submarines to 50knots max. Problem is the slowest speed is now 20 knots. There is a file I can change to proportionally reduce the speeds to a percentage of max speed. I've done it before but I can't find the folder I need. Any help greatly appreciated. I found the folder it's a cfg file in the submarine folder but for some reason it won't allow me to save my edits.
