Not accurately no. The map in game is out of proportion height wise (squashed), I think it's to do with compensating for the curvature of the Earth. I know there's a reason for it anyway.
Basically, if you overlay a Google map it won't match up with any of the terrain features and you could run aground in game even though the map shows you 10km from land. You could probably do it with a lot of manipulating and tweaking but you're talking about a hell of a lot of work for not much benefit. Nice idea though, just not really feasible.
