Battle Stations! is not authenic enough, We need the crew to wear head gear and more

Crew to battle stations! or is it? I honestly don't feel like it is because the crew is dressed the same. Some of not all crew members would wear their special equipment such as helmet for example, this covers deck gun, AA guner, Bridge crew (tell me who else). Altho a bit of research is need it to understand which crew exactly get all dressed up during this time period.
