Why can't I adjust my renown?

When I go into explorer and into the CFG file, all files are inaccessible. Anybody here know why? They show as MS Office file types but clicking on them gives me a 'file inaccessible' message.

Right-click. Open with WordPad.

If that doesn't work then something is wrong, because that always works.

Open with Note Pad Geoff, and you should be all set. Things have changed in a big way since XP. What used to be easy can now be a RPITA.... as many of us returning to SH3 are finding out.
