Increasing tc in shallow depths

Is it possible to change something so when traveling canal you can increase tc like 8X because right now in some places you can't

SH3 Commander lets you set all Time Compression parameters to any value you like.

Or if you want to do it hardcore style edit the file (My)Documents/SH3/data/cfg/main.cfg with Notepad.

Locate the line LandProximity under [TIME COMPRESSION].
