Reinstalled XP and SHII but now it have issue....

Hi mates!

I have just build a new PC and installed XP because I like to introduce my son at Silent Hunting!

But I got a little trouble: the game now show missing menu text with some artifacts and random lines and , moreover , when I try to run a mission the screen stand black and an error message pops....

Any suggetsion about?

Please!!!!

My system spec are:

XP sp3
Core2duo@3.0ghz
GTS250
Java7u80
Monitor 1920x1200 and game resolution 800x600 (but I have tried all setups options without success)
