Back to sh5 campaign - mods?

Hi

So I'm a huge fan of sh5 but never been able to complete the campaign. Too many bugs and when I started moding it I got a bit carried away and that made the bugs worst.

So I decided to start again with no mods in order to finially finish it. I just got past "happy times" and going into the med now but can't take it anymore. I want to run some basic mods such as torpedo and morale fix (and ofc das boot music) but don't want to risk bugging out the game. Is it possible to complete the campaign running these or do I risk running into trouble?
