Construction in Wilhelmshaven

Forgive my historical ignorance (I know much more about the ground wars than the sea battles!), but I am trying to figure out which ship is being built in Wilhelmshaven in 39/40? My google-fu is too weak, as I found a number of ships that were built there by the Kriegsmarine, but not during that period.

are you talking about the battleship Tirpitz? which in the game is in the harbor without its main gun barrage installed.

Ahh I imagine so. I was failing to understand the difference between launched and commissioned. Thanks!

Launched and Commissioned are different in that Launch date is when the hull is complete and floating, and Commissioned is when it's ready to enter active service.
