Map tools - WoS

Hi! In optionsfileeditor viewer I turned on "Are the map tools shown as objects vice a bar..." in order to have map tools similar to one used in SH4. I just now want to know how to turn off the menu with map tools in the upper left corner since I don't need them anymore?

P.S. Also, is there now a way to enlarge the map tools in the lower right corner because I saw on different occasions screenshots that have this tools look bigger?
