keyfile question

Hi,

not sure if this or Mod Workshop is the correct place for this question, so im trying it here

I have a problem, if i hit F7 there is no Crew Control View where i can move my fellow shipmates arround or start repairs....
In fact, nothing happens if i hit F7.

My config looks like this:

looks good to me and i have no clue where to take a look for errors.
Maybe could anybody with a working GWX install provide me his Commands config that i have the possibility to compare?

My function keys dont work as function keys on my laptop unless I hold down the "fn" key aswell. Could be that but Im not sure whether you are using a laptop or not.
