Is there a Mega Download for SH4 like they have for SH5?

Don't really know what you mean.
There are 2 base mega mods, TMO and RFB. Both of them make major changes to the game in they're own way. There are several large mods that can be added by themselves or over one of the mega-mods. They are RSRDC, Traveller's mod, OTC, and a few others. They make even more changes to game play.
