Default Windows 10 Forecast

Salute, All !!!

I got a "message" from Microsoft re. reserving (at no cost to me) Win10. Has anyone got any idea what that may do to the (more important) SH3?

I know it is not out yet, but perhaps someone has some ideas on this.

Me, too. I've had some bad experiences with different Windows versions. I'm using 7 right now (on an iMac with bootcamp) and it works well.

I have 8.1, the only version I've had since XP, and so far I've had no real problems with it.

I'm with Sailor Steve. 8.1 since XP and I really like it. It is different tho, but easy to use. BTW... I don't use a touch screen. Do a Google Search and get StartButton8_Setup... it's freeware. Gives you the Start menu we had in XP.

Or copy it from my Public DropBox account..... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8muw80bp9mpqpwz/vgJJhTf5_-

As for Windows 10, there is no more Internet Explorer and some other big changes. So for me I'll stick with 8.1 until I'm forced to switch to a new Windows version.
