I imagine it would cost more than a small fortune just to maintain a proper atmosphere to keep moisture and mold at bay in those caves. Then theres the reason why it was abandoned in the first place which might cause a few problems for the new owner too. Jormungandr lives there!

Such a deal, but the Russians only leased it ... they don't own it.
