The Mediterranean - if only I could defect to the Royal Navy!

Having survived a dozen careers and survived the conflict many times with SH3 + GWX, I am looking for a new challenge. This may have been discussed before but it occurs to me that when sailing out of La Spezia, I find more friendly convoys and friendly warships than those of the enemy. So I wondered if anyone had composed a mod that would allow me to skipper a Royal Navy sub out of Malta or Gib?
