torpedo loading in queue, not enough crew

I have officier torpedoman and 4 pettyofficier torpedoman and 4 pettyofficiers at aft torpedoroom. they all are on 90% of endurance and it still tells me that it is in queue?

I used them to load external torpedo and they stopped just before end with loading and it says that I don't have enough crew. I thought that maybe they don't have enough endurance but they had like 80% which is good so okay I put all of them to rest them and 2 days later they still can't load torpedo I mean what the heck? I used to load torpedos with normal seaman crew with 10% of endurance and less and never had that problem and now I have 5 torpedomans with officier full endurance and they don't want to load??

only time I ran into a problem loading is when i left silent running on on accident

also you have to be surfaced for those

Can you post your mod list? (maybe a conflit with mod)
Have you modified some file? ( for example .cfg or other)

I am using only grey wolves 3.0 which I am playing with always and nothing else. I am not running on silent.

Hi mate,

Did the weather deteriorate whilst they were loading? That would stop the external transfer; also if the weather was still bad 2 days later (highly likley) that would explain why they still refuse to work.

it had some wawes but same weather, later has even improved now (clear weather) I can use flak and deck wep. everybody 100% rested officier -torpedoman, 4pettyofc torpedomans and 4 more pettyofc all on 100% and they can't load torepdo. This just happened random I even tryed to restart the game but it is the same.

Weather will only cause reload stoppage with the h.sie mod, as I recall. GWX does not care what the weather is for reloading.

Sometimes, for some reason (either design or bug) you cannot load external aft torpedoes without some people in the bow torpedo room.

I often get the error message that there are insufficient crew members in the BOW torpedo room while trying to load aft torpedoes.

I don't know why.

Idk probably (for inner torpedos they reload automaticly but external require my action.

Well I sunk last tanker at Loch Ewe making it 64000t in total and now returning home with still 2 external bow torpedos. I just hope that I won't have this problem on next patrol or even worse with fore torpedos that would be disaster.

Problem continues in the next patrol but I found a solution. It does only affect aft torpedoroom. To fix problem I have put officier and all torpedoman qualified pattyofficiers into front torpedoroom and I filled aft torpedoroom with seaman and then it works.

That mean it doesen't matter who is in the aft torpedoroom it just has to be full and strenght (speed) of reload depends on the crew in the front torpedoroom.
