My Hp printer keeps coming up with the error code 'General printer error 0x610000f6' after the printer carriage runs back and forth through its routine until it reaches the left side of the rail. There it clunks against the left end stop 4 times before failing. I've looked on the Hp site but they reckon it's a carriage jam, which is no use. Can anyone here shed any light on it?
